GrinoMusic uses clear service categories so artists can see the commercial basis before acceptance:
The applicable agreement must say whether the split is calculated on gross receipts or Net Receipts. Net Receipts may include only disclosed third-party deductions such as store fees, taxes withheld at source, refunds, chargebacks, payment processing and currency conversion. The statement should show each material deduction and the source data used.
Statements should identify the period, store or source where available, release and track identifiers, reported activity where available, gross receipts, deductions, exchange rate where relevant, split, adjustments and closing balance. Store reports can arrive late or be revised. GrinoMusic may correct a statement for duplicate, invalid, fraudulent, refunded or subsequently reversed activity and should identify the reason.
Artists may request an available payout through the account when the published minimum, identity checks, verified payment details and any applicable waiting period are satisfied. A request can be held for security review, failed payment details, chargeback exposure, legal restrictions or missing tax/identity information. GrinoMusic should not treat a pending request as a completed payment.
Artists are responsible for their own tax obligations unless the law requires withholding or reporting by a service provider. Report a statement question promptly with the release, period and specific line. The final agreement should provide a reasonable correction and audit process without exposing other artists’ confidential data.
Royalty sharing is not a transfer of copyright. Ranking Empire receives only the agreed service commission and expressly granted rights. Nothing in this policy gives Ranking Empire ownership of an Artist’s master, composition, name, image or catalogue.
