This agreement identifies the producer, buyer, beat, price, currency, territory, duration and accepted version. The default grant is an exclusive master-use licence, not an automatic copyright assignment.
The buyer may use the beat only for the commercial purposes stated in the accepted schedule. The producer retains copyright unless a separate valid written assignment is expressly accepted. After a completed exclusive sale, the producer must not resell or newly relicense the exclusively granted rights. Previously disclosed licences, samples, collaborators, publishing and songwriting splits remain subject to their actual clearances.
The licence records producer credits, songwriting/publishing splits where supplied, price, GrinoMusic commission, payment verification and the issued document hash. Ranking Empire receives only the agreed marketplace commission and service rights.
The licence is issued only after server-side payment verification and required review. The legal final must include warranties, indemnities, termination, takedown, refund, notices and dispute provisions.
