Producers retain ownership of original beats unless a separate accepted agreement expressly assigns or licenses a right. Listing a beat grants GrinoMusic only the limited administration and delivery rights needed for the selected service.
Disclose samples, interpolations, collaborators, co-producers, publishers, prior leases and restrictions. A producer must not describe a beat as unencumbered when an earlier licence remains valid. A buyer’s exclusive master-use licence is not automatically ownership of the composition, publishing or copyright.
