How GrinoMusic Music Distribution Works

GrinoMusic is operated by Ranking Empire to help artists and rights holders prepare, review, deliver and account for authorised music releases. The service does not take ownership of your catalogue simply because you use it.

The current workflow

1. Register: create an account, verify requested details and complete an artist profile where applicable.
2. Prepare: submit audio, artwork, metadata, identifiers and rights evidence.
3. Review: GrinoMusic checks completeness, quality, rights and platform requirements and may request corrections.
4. Approve: an authorised administrator approves the submission or records why it is held or rejected.
5. Manual delivery: approved releases are sent manually to authorised destinations while external partner access is pending.
6. Report: available source reports are reconciled into statements, with corrections for late, refunded or reversed activity.
7. Payout: eligible artists may request payment after verification, thresholds and other accepted conditions are met.

Symphonic and partner status

Any Symphonic Partner application or external integration remains pending until official authorisation and integration access are confirmed. GrinoMusic must not present itself as approved, connected or automatically delivering through Symphonic before that confirmation. Until then, the workflow remains manual.

What artists keep

Artists and rights holders retain ownership of their copyright and related rights, subject to any separate agreement they expressly accept. Ranking Empire receives only the limited service rights and commissions described in that accepted agreement. Sync, publishing, advertising, brand, master-use and other rights require separate scope and permission.
