Submitting music to GrinoMusic does not by itself sell, assign or transfer copyright. The Artist or other verified rights holder retains ownership unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise. Ranking Empire receives only the limited rights and commissions specified in the accepted agreement.
Confirm rights in the master recording, composition, lyrics, publishing, performance, production, artwork, music video, name and image. Get written permission for featured artists, samples, interpolations, covers, translations, remixes and third-party material. A purchase of a beat or a public upload is not automatically a complete commercial clearance.
The submitting account must provide accurate ownership information and identify co-owners. Do not use another person’s artist name, identifiers, artwork or catalogue without authority. If ownership changes, notify GrinoMusic with evidence and the effective date.
A rights holder may report a suspected infringement to support@grinomusic.com with contact information, identification of the protected work, the affected release or URL, a good-faith explanation and a statement of authority. GrinoMusic may pause delivery or request evidence while a complaint is reviewed. False or abusive notices may have consequences.
Distribution permission does not automatically include synchronisation, advertising, publishing administration, public-performance collection, merchandise, brand endorsement or other rights. Those services require a separate, clearly accepted scope.
